Liability Waiver and Release

Every guest completes and signs this waiver electronically before arrival. Confirmed guests receive a signing link by email once a booking is complete. It is read alongside our terms and conditions.

Assumption of risk

I understand that Your Luxe Lifestyle and Your Luxe Travel experiences include activities that carry inherent risk, including yoga, breathwork, hypnosis and guided inner work, sound healing, water based activities, swimming, hiking, coastal and cave excursions, road transfers, ceremonies involving fire, spa and sauna facilities, and travel in an international destination. I take part voluntarily, with full knowledge of those risks, and I accept them.

Medical acknowledgement

I confirm I am in suitable physical and mental health to take part, and that I have disclosed all medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, and dietary requirements relevant to my participation. I understand nothing offered is medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and that facilitators are not acting as my physicians or therapists. I will stop any activity that does not feel safe for my body.

Travel insurance

I confirm that I hold, or will hold before departure, comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation and medical coverage, and that I understand this is a condition of my participation.

Release and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Your Luxe Lifestyle LLC, Your Luxe Travel, their founders, employees, cohosts, facilitators, venues, and partners from claims for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from my participation, other than claims caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct. I agree to indemnify them against loss or damage I cause to property or persons during the experience.

Emergency care

I authorize the organizers to arrange emergency medical care on my behalf if I am unable to consent, and I accept responsibility for the cost of that care.

Media consent

I understand photography and filming take place at experiences and consent to the use of images that include me for the organizers' marketing, unless I have advised otherwise in writing beforehand.

Confidentiality

I agree to keep what other guests share in sessions confidential, and I understand the same is expected of them.

Acknowledgement

I have read and understood this waiver. I am signing it freely, on my own behalf, and I am of legal age to do so.
