What we collect

When you register your interest, apply to host or cohost, contact us, or book an experience, we collect the details you give us. That usually means your name, email address, phone number, the experience you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in a message field. If you pay for an experience, our payment processor collects and holds your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and confirm availability.
• To process bookings, deposits, balances, and refunds where they apply.
• To send you details about the experience you asked about, including dates and logistics.
• To send occasional news about upcoming events, trips, and the YLL Club, if you have opted in.
• To meet our legal, accounting, and insurance obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with the people who help us deliver your experience: our payment processor, our email and customer relationship platform, and the venues, retreat operators, and destination partners hosting you. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We hold enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to run our business and meet our legal and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your details at any time, unless we are required to keep them.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Write to contact@yourluxelifestyle.com and we will respond.
