The Faena Hotel is an exceptionally glamorous property where over-the-top luxury is played to perfection. Oscar-nominated director Baz Luhrmann was a creative consultant for the Faena’s interior designers, and a visit to this property really is like stepping into one of his movies. The hotel feels like an art deco dream, from which I guarantee you’ll never want to wake up. 

Fisher Island Club 

Nothing says luxury like a private island, and members-only Fisher Island is one of the most exclusive postcodes in the United States. The sumptuous Mediterranean villas are positively dreamy, whilst the excellent restaurants and impeccable facilities mean you’ll never need to leave the island. 

Delano South Beach 

Not only is the Delano one of the most luxurious hotels in Miami, it’s also partly responsible for South Beach’s reputation as one of the city’s most fashionable neighborhoods. Before the 1990s, the area had become pretty rundown and the fashionable crowd was drifting away. However, the arrival of the beautiful, boutique Delano hotel helped to revive things. Celebrities like Madonna and P-Diddy began to frequent the hotel and before long, many competitors began moving into the area. Today, it’s still a desirable address for anyone’s who anyone and it’s pretty much always booked up, so plan ahead. 

SLS Lux Brickell

The Lux Brickell lives up to its name with its opulent modern decor. This hotel feels as though it was designed with glamorous millennials in mind, which makes sense since the young and beautiful flock to the Brickell neighborhood in their droves. Throughout the property you’ll find museum-worthy works of art, including line drawings by none other than Salvador Dali himself. The Lux also boasts a gorgeous rooftop pool which offers an unparalleled view of the Miami skyline and an uber trendy Japanese restaurant, Katsuya. 

EAST Miami 

Located in the heart of Brickell, EAST Miami is modern and minimalist with playful touches thrown in for good measure. I love that this hotel draws on a variety of cultural influences with its Bali-inspired rooftop bar and South American restaurants. It reflects what a melting pot Miami truly is, which is one of the things I love about the city. If you’re looking to kick back and relax in style, you’ll love the laid back luxury of EAST. 

Fontainebleau 

This oceanfront hotel is a masterclass in Miami’s history to it’s modern luxury. From Frank Sinatra back in the day to Kim K and Lady Gaga this hotel is where A list celebs have always stayed. As soon as you set eyes on the chandeliers and marble flooring in the lobby, you’ll understand why so many A-listers frequent the Fontainebleau. Foodies will also adore this hotel since it boasts eight in-house restaurants, including Michael Mina’s Stripsteak. 

This hotel is a great choice for those who want to experience Miami’s party scene, since it’s home to the exclusive LIV nightclub where famous DJs often play. If you’re looking to party, stay in the Chateau tower. However, if you’re more about relaxation, you can enjoy peace and quiet in one of the other three towers. 

Hotel Beaux Arts 

Sleek and sophisticated with incredible city views from every room, the Hotel Beaux Arts is a chic spot to escape the hustle and bustle of Miami. Like many of the most luxurious hotels in Miami, Beaux Arts is located in the trendy Brickell neighborhood. With avant-garde restaurants such as L’Atelier and Boulud Sud Miami, foodies will love this luxe property. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy, too, such as the Enliven Spa and virtual bowling – yes, really!
