A MODERN GUIDE TO LIVING YOUR LIFE WELL

The 5 Best MedSpas in Bali

Isabella laying by the pool in Bali

Bali is known for its beauty and spirituality, so it makes sense that there’s a strong spa culture to be found on the Indonesian island. Bali is also a very affordable destination and aesthetic treatments are often significantly cheaper than they are in the US. There are many great medspas on the island, but it’s important to choose a reputable one. I’ve listed the very best ones so that you’ll know where to go when you’re in Bali.

1. Cocoon Medical Spa

What I love about award-winning Cocoon Medical Spa is that they take a holistic approach to aesthetic treatments. During a consultation, they provide you with a holistic health review to address the root cause of your aesthetic issues. They also help make the results of their treatments last for as long as possible.

This medspa places a lot of emphasis on the ‘spa’ side. The lobby is decorated with a soft, spa aesthetic and there are excellent massages on offer. It’s a beautiful spot and super relaxing place to visit.

Cocoon employs experienced doctors from Korea, the UK and Australia. There’s a range of treatments on offer, from fillers to IV drips, detox hydrotherapy and laser hair removal. The treatments here are very affordable compared to the USA. For example, lip fillers cost around $250 at Cocoon Medical Spa, whereas they’d set you back $500-1000 in the USA.

2. Rejuvie Aesthetic, Anti-Aging and Dental Clinic

You can get it all at Rejuvie – from dental work to Botox and more! This clinic can also perform mesotherapy to get rid of spider veins in the legs and even laser mole removal. This one focuses more on the ‘medical’ aspect of the med spa experience, but it’s a reputable choice if you’re looking to come away from Bali with more just a tan and beach hair.

3. Body Lab

Located in upmarket Seminyak, Body Lab is one of the best medspas in Bali. As you can probably guess from the name, they focus on body treatments such as fat reduction, sculpting and muscle toning.

However, there are great facial options too. For example, the cutting-edge, FDA-approved Liftera HiFu which uses ultrasound technology to contour the face and stimulate collagen and elastin production. Best of all, there’s no down time afterwards!

For body contouring and slimming treatments, Body Lab offer some very wallet-friendly packages. In fact, you can get ten treatments for as little as $350.

ARC was one of the first medspas to set up shop in Bali. To this day, it remains one of the best. With a huge range of treatments on offer, friendly staff and affordable prices, it has long been a reliable choice for medical tourists to visit during their stay.

Whether you’re looking to get a PDO-thread lift, fillers or Human Growth Hormone injections, ARC offers it all.
